It has been awhile since I posted before. We are now back in TX and have made a major decision. We have bought a lot in Sun City, TX (Georgetown) and will be building a new home. We looked at many resales and the new house won. We are pleased with our decision. So dear friends here is the next part of our journey.
This is our lot... exciting isn't it. We do have a view of a little bit of the hill country. This what we will see from our patio and living room.
This is the show house and what ours will look like when finished.
The floor plan.. just flip it over in your mind with the garage on the right. It is 1393 square feet. A big change from 400 that we live in right now.
The color of our cupboards.
From left to right.. carpet, floor tile and countertop and backsplash tile. The floor tile will be in the bathrooms, kitchen, entry way and the carpet in the bedrooms, living and dining room. 
The carpet and floor tile together. So there is the first step. We are waiting on permits so we can get a start date and a closing date. Tentatively scheduled for a March move in. More later!
